Extrifit BCAA 2000 mg 2:1:1 240 capsules contains the branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine in free form. The use of BCAA supports the growth of muscle mass and helps to maintain it during a demanding training or reduction diet when it is at risk from catabolism.

During intensive training, there is an increased consumption of L-leucine in particular, which thus becomes one of the most important amino acids, so you will find it in double quantity in the BCAA Pure product. Thus, the ratio of the amino acids L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine is 2: 1: 1.

Recommended dosage
