5-Etioallocholen-3b,7b,17b-triol, better known as androstenetriol or 5-AT, is a metabolite of the ubiquitous endogenous steroid dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA). In studies, this compound has been shown to have very potent anti-glucocorticoid activity in the body. This is very beneficial as it directly and strongly suppresses the release of cortisol itself, which is beneficial for any hard training athlete. Cortisol is a catabolic hormone and elevated cortisol levels can lead to insulin resistance, reduced muscle protein synthesis, glycogen depletion and suppression of your body's ability to build and repair muscle tissue. Even the immune processes involved in muscle growth are suppressed. Enter androstenetriol, which is one of the most potent anti-glucocorticoids produced by the body. This ingredient contributes to and is synergistic with the cortisol-modulating effects of KSM-66 by targeting cortisol via a multi-faceted approach. Coleus forskohlii extract (root) (95% forskolin) 

Coleus Forskohlii has long been used in Ayurvedic medicine to promote general health and vitality. The plant's main active ingredient, forskolin, has received a great deal of attention from dieticians due to its weight-reducing and regenerative effects.

A 12-week study in men showed that supplementation with forskolin significantly reduced body fat percentage and fat mass. At the same time, the researchers observed a trend toward an increase in lean mass. It was also shown to optimize thyroid function and even increase testosterone levels.

BioPerineⓇ is a patented form of black pepper extract standardized to 95% piperine.

Bioperine has been shown in studies to enhance the bioavailability of supplemented ingredients, including both fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins, thereby increasing the absorption of all of the above ingredients in Corti-Lean.
