AMIX OAT MASH 2000g

Excellent soluble extruded oatmeal flour specially developed for the quick preparation of porridge or oat drink. This great tasting product is an ideal source of natural oat fibre. Advantages:

• Preparation: Oatmeal: - Mix 1 scoop of OatMash® (50 g) with 200 ml hot water or milk. Mix well with a tablespoon. Wait for 2 minutes. You can flavour the porridge with honey and garnish with fruits or nuts. You can change the density of the slurry as required. Oat drink: Mix 1 scoop (50 g) with 300 ml of water or milk. Use a blender or hand shaker. You can also mix OatMash® with your favourite protein cocktail. Tip: OatMash® can be prepared hot or cold at any time of the day. You can also add pancakes, cakes and puddings to your recipes. The non-flavoured version is perfect for simply thickening soups or sauces without cooking.
