Composition

Skimmed whey, maltodextrin, fructose, dextrose, ultrafiltered whey concentrate, amino acids from bovine protein, cocoa powder (only in the chocolate flavor), thickener: xanthan gum and guar gum, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavor, coloring (in the banana). Dosage

Take 1 scoop of the product 1-3 times a day with 200-250 ml of cold water or low-fat milk.
